Account activation

Hi, I have my account but it appears that it is not activated. I did receive an email with the activation details but I did not try it till a few days later as my Hotmail address was experiencing problems. Of course, by that time, the activation email was out of date.

I have a Billion 7404vgpm but the voxalot details that I entered in VoIP User-defined Profiles has not been registered in the Event Log, ie. there is no reference to voxalot anywhere there.

Also, in my voxalot account, under device registration, I get the message: No devices actively registered with Voxalot

I tried to contact Voxalot by email but did not receive a response. I also tried by phone but only got a recording. After reading through some of the posts here I presume that the moderator is able to activate the account.

My ID is 438215 and its with au.voxalot.com I'm using the same email address for both the the voxalot account and the forum.

Hope I can get help here either by a new activation email or direct activation.
