I would try this:

-Where you currently have Port 8891, put in 80 or 443
-Where you currently have us.voxalot.com:80, put in simply us.voxalot.com
-stun.xten.com is just a stun server, but you seem to already have that setup properly.....

What is the maximum value you see for 'Next Registration In' found on the info page?

I am testing with an SPA2100. If I register at us.voxalot.com using one of the alternate ports then the ATA registers every 2 seconds. How often is your ATA registering when using port 80 at us.voxalot.com?

Where is the page telling us which alternate ports we can use?

That guide is ok, but I have a few issues with it. Firstly, it shows 'NAT Keep Alive Msg: $NOTIFY' when in fact it's better to set 'NAT Keep Alive Msg' completely blank (in order to send a much smaller packet which does not cause any reply from the proxy). Another thing is that 'NAT Keep Alive Intvl' never needs to be less than 59 as every router will remember a route for at least 60 seconds, many for 300 seconds. Furthermore, all the 'Handle VIA' and 'Insert VIA' settings should be 'yes', as indicated in recent Linksys ATA guides.

I have found the answer. Sorry it took 40 days, but of course I'm not tech support, just another Voxalot user like you.

I understand that you have set Proxy: us.voxalot.com:80

Tests here indicate that you should be able to call 500 and 600 numbers after making the following changes in your PAP2.

Outbound Proxy: us.voxalot.com:80
Use Outbound Proxy: yes
Use OB Proxy In Dialog: yes

By the way, if your ISP should ever block STUN port, or you prefer not to use STUN for some reason, then do the following:
1. Forward the used SIP ports and the RTP port range.
2. In order for the ATA to know it's public IP address, make sure the ATA is registered with at least one SIP proxy, or enter the public IP address into the EXT_IP field.
