Problems registering with VSP Budget Phone

Hi,

As you can see from the first screenshot (10/01/2007 12:53 PM) I've been trying to register with VSP Budget Phone. Somehow the registration just fails, but it's not clear what goes wrong. The same message "Sent request" has been sitting there for weeks. I've tried "budgetphone.nl" instead of "sip.budgetphone.nl", but then I get a bad-host error.

I've gone through the settings with Budget Phone technical support (see screenshot 10/01/2007 05:17 PM) and that doesn't give us any clues either.

It would be very helpful if I could pass on any information from Voxalot admins that could possibly explain why this fails to Budget Phone so that we can resolve this issue together and hopefully help future customers.

Does anyone know how to trouble-shoot this?
