Default Brazil Sipbroker Access numbers all down

It appears the Sipbroker access numbers in Brazil, offered by Voipsharing, are not working.

I called: Salvador, Sao Paulo, Rio and about four others. This morning they generated fast busy messages. This afternoon they all say "this number is out of service or does not exist" (in Portuguese, of course).

It is common for the Salvador number to not work. But this is the first time I have seen the majority (or it could be all; there were a few I didn't call) go down.

This would seem to be a big problem. Anybody know anything about this?

They seem to be working again, a day later.

The Rio de Janeiro PSTN numbers provided by Voipsharing aren't working for several weeks, resulting in fast busy tones as reported above. Have they been discontinued or changed? Anyone has experienced this same problem?
The other numbers are fine.
Thanks a lot for any clues or solutions.
