Important - Call forwarding and Voice Mail

To All VoXaLot Members:

This is to inform you all that the recently launched call forwarding enhancement, which allowed call forwarding to regular phone numbers via your dial plan, may not work as planned. This new enhancement has caused conflicts with the voice mail system as a result of which a number of members have experienced issues with Voice mail. Thank you to all the members who noticed these issues and altered us about them via the forum.

We have turned of the call forwarding functionality to eliminate the conflict with voice mail. We are making every effort to determine the root cause of the problem and once fixed we will post an update on the forum. For now Call forwarding will only work as previously, that is to sip URI’s only. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work on fixing the problem.

Note: Call forwarding to URI's and voicemail are working OK.

It is just call forwarding to fixed line numbers that has been temporarily switched off.
