Do anybody have the experence that the voice is cut 1 second?

During the conversation, from time to time, the voice is cut 1second, there is one second I can't hear. Does Anybody know what the problem is?

Sounds like a bandwidth issue. Have you tried changing your Codecs?

NO. I didn't change anything. It has been long time I have this problem

according to speedtest.net, 1001kbps for download, 434kbps for upload

you may want to try G729 codec, if you are using sipura voice adaptor, you can find it under the Line 1.

no. still the same, the sound likes the people push the button. But I tried between the two voip phones, I don't find this problem
