All the settings now look the same in the web interface as the original (took a copy of the old ones before resetting.) I guess the settings somewhere became junk.
I still do not understand why some incoming calls would ring but the ones from Voxalot did not.

Usually a Power Off/Power On can deal with this without needing to reset... I cannot explain why but my PAP2 does something similar once in while...(I've been blaming my Dynamic IP...but that can't account for all of it)
