Problem dialing to my number

I am have problem dialing to my number in sipbker.

Userid: databelli@sip.voipdiscount.com
My SIP Broker number(s) are *7430-databelli -or- *011-55311668
alias is 311668, country Brasil

But i am dialing to *7430databelli@sipbroker.com or *311668@sipbroker.com or 311668@sipbroker.com and all give busy signal.

What is the number to dial?

i am dialing other account.

Assuming all the info you gave us is correct (and also that your alias is properly setup and working correctly to forward the call to your VoIP account/adapter), than the proper SIP Broker dialing sequence to dial that alias is:
*01155311668@sipbroker.com

i.e. *011 to reach the SIP Broker alias server, 55 for your country code, and then your actual alias 311668.

VOipdiscount is a BETAMAX company. Calls going thru sipbroker are blocked.
Sorry, there is no solution up to now.
