Regitration problems

Hello,

For the last 4-5 days I have been experiencing problems wile trying to register -either with my SPA3K or with my SJPhone to eu.voxalot.com server.

I've been using Voxalot for more than a year already without any problems and last week I upgraded to a premium account.

I have not made any configuration changes neither to my ATA nor to my soft phone. I tried to change proxy to us.voxalot.com and it does get registered. When I ping eu.voxalot.com I get nice results (around 50 ms). I use IP address 85.17.19.194 as proxy.

In addition since I've upgraded my account, I see the registration status for my main outbound VSP (Gaffachi) remains always as registration sent.

Can you please help.

Have you set "Symmetric NAT Handling" field to "no" on the Member Details page?
Also, are your ATA behind NAT(router)?
