WebCallBack Down
I have not been able to use the webcallback feature from my account the past 2 days. I assume this is related to the server outage?
Is there any way to utilize the failover feature with webcallback? |

Hi,
If you change preffered server from US to EU/AU then webcallback may work. Once i have solved like this when EU server was down. Regards. majo |

If your sip telephone is compatible with the DNS SRV failover scheme described here, and you can use sip port 5060, then there is no longer any need to manually change servers to avoid a failed server.
