callback service and international format

can someone help me how to put international format to use callback service to connect 2 pstn nos. like my no. and my destination no. i have put details of my two vsp's like pennytel & mywebcalls. Callback service never called my pstn no. I tried with 00 and country code and with 0011 with country code.

For me that is working. I put 00 then country code. I use WebCallDirect for both numbers. Do you follow all instructions in your web call back page? Put two numbers and choose providers for both. Then after Enter ther will be a message Your call has been initiated.

Thanks for the reply, i tried to used one leg from Pennytel and another leg from Mywebcalls, can someone tell me if they have used these VSp's for callback?
