Can't get incoming calls after upgrading my account

Hi folks, just upgraded my account to voxalot lite so I could get incoming calls... and I can't get incoming calls. They divert immediately to my voicemail. Could someone give me some ideas of what I could try? Other than that, service works great. Thanks

That was easy. Needed to restart my router from a previous sip adventure... getting incoming calls fine now. Cheers.

Need to restart this thread... serious problems with incoming calls. Now it's not working at all. Can't receive them, even after restarting my router. Any ideas what's going on?
