The settings im using are below

Use DNS SRV: yes ( have tried no and no difference)
Use Outbound Proxy: Yes (again i have tried no)
Use OB Proxy In Dialog: No
Make Call Without Reg: No
Ans Call Without reg: No
DNS SRVAuto Prefix: Yes

Use Auth ID: Yes

Any ideas what im doing wrong here?

Register: Yes

Use Outbound Proxy: Yes (again i have tried no) this should be no
Use OB Proxy In Dialog: No (Try setting this to yes)
Make Call Without Reg: No
Ans Call Without reg: No
DNS SRVAuto Prefix: Yes (this should probably be No)

Use Auth ID: Yes (This should be No, at least that's what I have, not sure if it has an effect though)

After all that, make sure you reboot your ATA (unplug power, wait a few minutes and plug it back in)

Keep us updated how things go....

Hi,

I tried everything u suggested and still fails.

The modem/router im using is WAG54G V.2

I have also disabled Port 1 and used Port 5060 on Port 2 and still fails.

This is the second ATA i have tried it on and both ATA fail to register voxalot but all other providers register fine

Regards
Craig

The cluster you are using au.voxalot.com also is the one chosen when you log in the VoXalot website, under member details correct?

If this persists, change the cluster in your member details, and try registering your ATA against us.voxalot.com or eu.voxalot.com accordingly and see if that changes things.....

I know for a fact the us.voxalot.com server is running as my VoXalot account is registered to it right now on a PAP2

Also this may seem elemental but: Your User ID is your VoXalot 6 digit number (without @voxalot.com behind or anything of the sort).

Curious, did this fail recently, was it ever working with this ATA before?

5061? Should this not be 5060?

It depends if this port setting is referring to your ATA or the server port. If it is the server port then it needs to be 5060 as we are not listening on 5061.

Hi there,

funnily enough I have the same problem with my SPA-2000.

It registers fine with Orbtalk directly, "registration state: failed" with Voxalot.

Any advice would be most appreciated,

-regards
