Ipness
Hi everyone,
I'm fairly new here. I'm using voipcheap and budgetphone with Voxalot. Great tool and everything is working perfectly. Thanks to all the people behind this project !! Now here is my questions. Yesterday I registered with a new providere, IPNESS, a Belgian company. So, I could receive a Belgian inbound-phonenumber. Here is the problem. I can't register it in Voxalot. I've tried several combinations, but none works. Can anybody help me out. I think it has something to do with authentification name/password being different from username... Here are the settings I received from IPNESS : authentication name : saXXXX authentication password : XXXXXX username : 322XXXXXXX domain : ipness.net proxy : ipness.net proxy port : 6060 registrar : ipness.net registrar port : 6060 a stun server is not required. Here is my voxalot id : 130477. Thanks in advance, Davy |

Hello, Try your user name and password only with port 5060 but wait until registered, however you shouls be able to make calls even if it states not registered. ie. put user name in discription and same in the box user name.

Update : Ipness
Hi everybody,
i've got an update. Voxalot registered my ipness provider. I know I have to have A SIP registration to get/give calls... So I choose yes at SIP Register. BUT, here is my problem : when I call the number, it tells me it's unreachable. If I start up my softphone everything is working fine? Can somebody help me out here??? Can't it be that it has something to do with port 6060 (for this provider)? Thanks, Davy |

Port 6060 should be ok as we have lots of other providers using ports other than 5060.
The development / support team here do not have an account to test with so hopefully another member that does use this provider might be able to assist. Please keep us posted.
