how to Configuring Provider Settings?

there is a problem with me when i was Configuring Provider Settings.
when i filled the host name with the server address which i got from my register email and turned in,it says the address has been existed.
how to console this?
us.voxalot.com/ 64.34.173.199 neither of the two can work.

Could you explain whether we are talking about a provider set up in VoXalot...or setting up VoXalot on an ATA or softphone?
