All voxalot has to do is prefix their numbers in the same way a country does, the ITU stipulates 0 for trunk/long distance dialing, and 00 for international, since 0 is *NEVER* used for international calls perhaps the easiest thing to do is prefix all non-PSTN numbers with 0<number>, although this will likely conflict with the dial plans of people, so we're left using * overrides which should work since the PSTN network uses these as well. |

We are already convinced that ENUM is a strategic technology hence the recent changes to our internal numbers.
