VOIP Services that work in United Arab emirates

Hi

Good morning folks

1. Do people here know which VOIP services work in UAE - Dubai ?
1.1. Any preferences ? i.e voice quality, customer support etc

2. I have a Nymgo softdialler (PC to Phone) . I CAN log in ...but calls are not getting placed since Thursday. Any clue / ideas on what could be wrong ? how to troubleshoot ? Nymgo support is NOT answering :-(

2.1. How do I move back to an older version of Nymgo (I suspect the latest update was the headache !!)

3. How do I use a softphone (PC to Phone) with some sip tunnel or such software

i think they are all blocked, except for bestip which has his own ATAs and closed to itself

What I would do if I was in the UAE is use Web Callback, either the one Voxalot provides or one of the ones my other VSPs provide.

There is a good news for all that the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) is planning to announce a new policy to make international internet calls via Voice over IP (VoIP) services legally available in the UAE, reports Khaleej Times.
