Voxalot problems?

Hi there,

I have a Sipura 1001 ATA and 'phone connected to a router at a friends house where I'm currently staying (thanks friend!). My incoming calls are via a free Sipgate number (altho' I have a couple of other providers too).

But I've had the following problems, all this evening:

1: Friend rings from her mobile, I pick up on the 3rd double-ring, I hear silence and hang up after a few seconds, she apparently heard me saying "hello? hello?!" - then I get a 'message waiting' alert on my 'phone afterwards and a Voxalot e-mail showing a message from her number - it was an empty message.

2: Dad rings from landline, after 3 rings, he hears the voicemail come on - the 'phone is still ringing at my end however! I pick up and hear silence followed by the dialling tone. When I hang up, it hangs up the voicemail at his end.

Any ideas? I know it could be my Sipura or even Sipgate - so if anyone wants me to post screenshots of my configurations, I'm more than welcome.

apparently voxalot are having problems these days... i am getting crazy as well... we have common problems...
