Incoming mute calls

Hi,
I'm doing tests with some sipsorcery and voxalot accounts, registered with siemens gigasets. Here are the results of my tests (all the calls are between SIP URIs):
1) Calls between sipsorcery accounts: OK

2) Calls between voxalot accounts: OK

3) Calls from voxalot to sipsorcery: OK

4) Calls from sipsorcery to voxalot: mute call in both directions

Can someone help me? Is this a kown problem treated in some thread?

P.S. may it be related to the port forwarding of the modem router? I changed something in the rules for ports 5060-5062, and the result is that now the test 4) is OK and the 3) fails. Or maybe there is something not reproducible (random) behind...

You may try forwarding both the SIP and RTP ports also to the SIP phone device IP address, and also use a STUN set up.
I have seen the above correct this problem in the past.

Hi,
I think I had set a bad port forwading in my router. I have removed any port forwarding and now it works well. I suppose that the stun server is enough to solve this kind of problem. Notice that now I'm using the stun server of sipsorcery for both gigasets (including teh one registered with voxalot). If I'll not post any more in this thread, it means that the problem is definitely solved.
