![]() Sorry made a last minute edit. Can you try this combo:
Pattern: _500 Replacement: *010${EXTEN} Provider: SIP Broker and then try to dial 500 again.

![]() Ok good. I am almost certain your device is not allowing * prefixed numbers. Is it possible there are speed dial options or something in this device that is internally handling * numbers?
