After removing a provider from menu
how long does it take to be effective ???? Cause I made some changes yesterday but the former dial plan seems to be the same again.
BTW, I added a new provider, and then it disappeard, added again, disappeard again !!!!!! I added it again, may a ask a manual request ? thanks |

even there are not in my account, when I make a sip call for one of then it goes directly in my voxalot box !!!! thanks anyway

Now I understand. Did you have "SIP register" set to yes?
Unfortuantely until our new registration logic is put in place registrations take 24 hours to turn around.

Well, no prob, I will use voxalot again from my router. I added two accounts now and I'm waiting to have the status registered.
By the way, I'd like to add another but I have specific things to set which are not in the menu. How can I do that ? ->end point ID ??? thanks |

After several weeks, provider deleted STILL registered
Hi Martin,
I am having a similar problem with a Skypho number that I removed several weeks ago. The number does not appear in the provider list, but when I try to call it with a softphone with voxalot active, the outgoing call double as an incoming call. Please note that I have other two accounts with skypho in the provider list which I wish to keep. Please help me remove this Skypho account from my provider list. Please also let me know where to send my account info. Thanks Pasquale |

@pasqualei, I would be surprised if this was on our side. However please PM your provider username, domain and voxalot server you registered at.
