Default unable to receive calls after changing phone operator

Hi,
I'm in Toronto, Canada . My family used to be able to call me on my Bell phone number using the VOIP phone, in other words they dial #9 then my phone number. I have recently switched to Primus (so my number no longer starts with 416 ) and since then they cannot call me anymore, I am still however able to call them using Toronto's access number (647 476 3733) but they can't. Any idea about how this problem could be solved?

Thanks.
