Problems with incoming calls

hi, Please can you check my account? dont incoming calls, its going to voxalot mail, this dont record message and dont hear my busy message, but sjphone teach me a new message in my account, then i check mi voice mail and this have messages without voice record. I can make outcoming calls. I try my account in two softphones (express talk and sjphone) and nothing, also i try with two accounts in both softphones, and my other account make outcoming and incoming calls in both sofphones.

My problem is past. I erase all instructions in call forwarding. i have this instructions to no active, but i erase all, and few hours before, mi softphone works with incoming calls.
