Call Detail Record (CDR) / Call control

I am looking for monitoring Call Detail Records (CDRs) and control calls based on number of minutes per day. Regarding this I contacted Voxalot support team, they said currently not supported. In future this feature may be added.

Can anyone suggest me to monitor all Call Details at free of cost?
