The settings Phantom posted and the extended settings I posted work. There were some settings I had to change here; https://voip.budgetphone.nl/account/my_account.php A faulty call forwarding (which was set to the old SIP server, which I now have removed) and I disabled the annoying voice-mail. Glad everything works fine again.
