Virtual Toll Free

Hello, I have a basic account and I would like to set up the VIRTUAL TOLL FREE , what is that? I understand that is a free service where a us number can call my us number for free through the widget. Am I right?

I tried to set up inserting my telephone number but it doesn work , when a us number(eg 0013476881234) is inserted in the widget , it says A CALL TO 0013476881234 IS NOT SUPPORTED, why is that?

Please test the number you want to use with your widget in the Smart call / Dial Plan page test box (Bottom of the Page).

I suspect that the dial plan may not be set up to accept the number.
