Default Pennytel and Voxalot inbound calls

Hi,
I have an account with pennytel and Basic account with Voxalot.

All my incoming calls get the message “The person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message”. This is the Pennytel voice mail.

All outgoing calls are fine.

My setup:
Belkin VOIP router (F1P1241EGau), since it doesn’t have any options for dial plans, I have registered with voxalot which then allows me to use the Dial Plans, hence I don’t have to dial local area code, 0061, etc .

On my router I am registered with Voxalot, and Voxalot redirects all my calls.

Below is my setting at Smart Call List (Dial Plans) Voxalot:

1 _N. 08${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes
2 _13. 0061${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes
3 _04. ${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes
4 _1800. 0061${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes
5 _0011. ${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes
100 _. ${EXTEN} Pennytel Yes

The SIP Status shows Off line in Pennytel.

Any suggestions what could be wrong/missing?
Thanks

with basic account you dont have functions of receving incoming calls except the calls directly dialed to voxalot. you need voxpro for that and you have to register the pennytel account to be able to receive incoming calls through voxalot.

If PennyTell allows you to send calls to a SIP URI like 123456@voxalot.com on their end, then that's what you need to do.

If not, you'll need to SIP Register PennyTel in VoXalot which requires a VoXPremium account (you have options from $15-$40 with 1-10 SIP registrations available)

Unfortunately, Pennytel does not allow that, so a Premium account is required to be able to receive calls.

Do they still allow inbounds from SIP Broker. If so, then a URI like:

sip:*xxxyyyyyyyyyyy@sipbroker.com

might work.
