Virtual Toll Free-Can I select countries?

Hi...I am a newbie to this so a couple of basic questions , if I may.

1. With VTF(virtual toll free) can I set up the system to accept calls from selected countries only? How?

&

2. Can I set it up to exclude calls from mobiles from those selected countries? How?

We're in the process of testing some new functionality that allows you to mark each of your dial plans as being "enabled for Virtual Toll Free" (or not, as the case may be).

This way, you can easily limit the types of calls that can be made with your Virtual Toll Free button.
