Registration Expiry
Today after long time was viewing my Sipura 3k setting, I was surprised that Info page the Next Registration In is always either 0 or 1 sec. I made double check in my Line1 setup Register Expires the value is same 600s, I changed to different value but Info page shows same either 0 or 1 s. Before timer keep on decreasing the value till 0 s and then start form 600s
Is there any change in Registration process from Voxalot? Every thing is working fine and calls coming/going. On PSTN I have Pbxes and there count down timer is running as usual and set to 300s each time. |

I had the same problem when I used 'Handle/Insert VIA received/rport' set to yes on my Sipura. So, I turned this options to 'no' on the 'NAT Support Parameters' configuration and all went well.

I found further if Stun Enable option to NO, the problem is sloved too. Other thing in line port is set to 3060 and PSTN line to 5060, but info page shows mapped sip ports 41898 and PSTN to 31678.
Any suggestion, to see correct port on info Page |

If you use audio optimization settings or receive calls from other IP addresses than the Voxalot server where you have your phone registered, you need to use stun server or redirect IP ports on the router (maybe you should use both). When you see 'mapped sip ports 41898 and PSTN to 31678', that is done by your router NAT. What happens is that your router hidden all your IP devices in your LAN on one WAN IP connection. For example: in your LAN you have several devices (computers, IP phones, etc.) with IP addresses such as '192.168.1.251'. On the other hand, your WAN address is, for example, '82.155.26.153'. What NAT does is assigning one IP Port to each device connected on your LAN but with the same WAN IP address. In the above example, you phone devices would be, on the WAN side, '82.155.26.153:41898' and '82.155.26.153:31678', but on the LAN side, they would be, for example, '192.168.1.251:3060' and '192.168.1.253:5060'. So, what you see is the normal behaviour of your router which connects all your internet devices on the same WAN IP connection.
