Voice Mail Playback Volume very Low

Hi

I was wondering if anyone is experience this problem.

When someone calls my my DIDWW or IPKALL DID which transfers them to my Voxalot voicemail, they hear my greeting loud and clear, but when I pick up their message the sound is very very low and sometimes difficult to hear.

I have not tried leaving a message by doing a direct SIP to SIP call.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?

RTP is a digital voice stream and our voicemail engine records it as it receives it. When you physically receive the calls from the same source how does the audio sound?

Loud calls are loud and clear when I answer and speak to the caller live.

If you want I can PM you with the two DID (separate sources) and you can leave a message and I can email you the resulting audio file.

How do you listen to the voicemail, by dialling *500 from your SIP Device or by playing back the emailed file attachment on a media player?
Typically I find that dialling in for the Voicemail using a phone sounds better and is definitely louder than playing back the email attachment on a small laptop with a very basic sound system.

Both methods produce the same results :-(

Tested it again today and volume levels for left messages matches the system message (lady's voice). Both volumes levels are good. Honestly it was not good about a week ago, but things seems to be working fine now.
