Voxalot being discontinued... what are other options for free in-service true SIP ?

With the following announcement Voxalot is dead (dying). I need a true SIP TO SIP service that is free. I dont need connections to telephones as we are using ATAs, except maybe the exception of using IPKALL.

Google is out of the question as this is US to out of country that Google doesn't support, Ecuador.

Any suggestions? Quality matters, support with Sipura 3102 matters.

I beg and urge you for help with truly helpful comments only. Too much frustration with voxalot closing its doors even after paying for it, already,

If there are simple alternatives - those are also very welcome. I wouldn't be opposed to a very inexpensive alternative where there really is no setup, or setup is a breeze, considering the user experience on the other side of the phone (or rather google talk) thousands of miles away.

Please all who have any desire to be truly helpful in detail with tried solutions, contribute. Thank you.

Announcement for Discontinued Service
Dear Voxalot User,

We are sorry to inform you that due to the rising cost of operations, we
have been forced to discontinue the Voxalot VoIP service. This change
will be effective from December 31st, 2011.

If you have renewed your subscription since September 1st 2011 and would
like a refund, please contact payments@voxalot.com. Unfortunately,
payments for subscriptions older than this are unable to be refunded.
Please be aware that a refund will reverse your payment and cause your
account to be downgraded to a Basic account.

We thank you for your support for Voxalot, and are sorry for any
inconvenience that this announcement will cause, and wish you the best in
the future.
