Fire on server - edit - most use back later same day

Due to a fire at our server site we are currently experiencing severe technical problems.
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused; we are working hard to try and solve the problem as soon as possible.
Due to the severity of the disruption it may however take at least one day before we can offer full service again.

As back-up for Voxalot or Voipbuster callbacks with Voipcheap, which meant very cheap roaming mobile calls, UK readers may be interested in ReturnCall, which still seems to work for callback. With some roaming offers, that could also mean calls home for 2 pence a minute at the moment, or 9 pence to UK mobiles (extendable to anywhere with call forwarding)

Some services back online from 1300 UK time (half hour ago)

Software client logs in, trial calls made, and some account details can be seen when logged in to the website, but I understand SIP doesn't register yet

Now all Betamax clients is ok, work again also SIP with ATA, and VoXaLot...

Apparently some SIP connections didn't work until later in the day; I've read that poivY was sometime in the evening

On logging in to accounts on the websites, recent calls records are available, which wasn't possible earlier. Call forwarding works, set up within the client.

Mostly it seems nearly back to normal, and recovered faster than expected, though a VB callthrough number and the VB mobile callback still didn't work about an hour ago.

I haven't tried any with Voxalot callback yet though, but don't foresee a problem
