Another question. With this new cluster do we still need the DNS srv options set to true on our ATA.

Also do I need to update my already setup mobile mywebcallback voxalot number from 244751 to *010244751?

Unhappy Do not have outbound calls...just inbounds

I edit my sipura (SPA2102) and put us.voxalot.com instead of voxalot.com and when I dial *010123456 it gives me busy signals at *010 and if I just try to dial the extension (123456) it tells that the call could not be completed please try again.

I've checked my dial plans and tested *010123456 and it actually says it would go through voxalot. I even tested webcall with *010 numbers and it works...

Can anyone give me a tip, I am a fast learner...

Here is some info that may help for the analysis of my case:

Providers:
gizmo 17476629690 proxy01.sipphone.com Yes Failed [Edit] [Delete]
voipbuster guanacux1 voipbuster.com Yes Failed [Edit] [Delete]
gizmo_dad 17470126115 proxy01.sipphone.com Yes Failed [Edit] [Delete]

Dial plans
1 _0. 001${EXTEN:1} voipbuster Yes [Edit] [Delete]
2 _9. 1747${EXTEN:1} gizmo Yes [Edit] [Delete]

SIPURA DIALING PLAN:
(*xx|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

Thank you very much

*010 is only required to dial other VoXaLot members. Your account / username is still 244751.

If The ATA supplies it then it is probably stopping the * from going past it.
O
It appears that the V85 does not send leading *'s when dialling:

I suspect the v300 has the same limitations.

We are currently working on re-enabling 3 digit service numbers (without the *) in addition to the new convention.

I have a question on the dial plans

My preferred server is us.voxalot.com To dial a voxalot number say 123456, if I run the test box as *010123456, the result is 123456@us.voxalot.com However if I add a dial plan like _XXXXXX ${EXTEN} Voxalot the result is of dialing 123456 is 123456@voxalot.com. Should this not be 123456@us.voxalot.com ? In other words, by choosing Voxalot as a provider in the dial plan, should it not automatically pick up the preferred server (in this case us.voxalot.com) ?

I am aware that voxalot.com and us.voxalot.com currently point to the same IP, but I get different behaviors (in terms of VM access and remote rings) when I am registered to voxalot.com and us.voxalot.com

Martin I just contacted Netcomm support and they confirmed that the V300 doesn't pass the * "at the moment". They have asked for this to be an option in future firmware upgrades.

Try adding a dot to the end of *xx to make it *xx.

It's just that your dial plan is not allowing you to dial * followed by more than two digits.
