JustVoIP and "Optimize Audio Path" option

The problem might be avoided if Voxalot would initially send a Session Description which gives the caller's IP phone as the voice path endpoint, so there would be no need to change the audio path after the call is in progress. From what I've read it looks like mysipswitch.com already does that.
