Hi Martin,
no it does not have any dial plan.
It's a Wi-Fi Phone that can be configured for just one provider at a time.
The only fields in VOIP settings are:
(between parenthesis my present settings for (voipstunt ,voxalot))
1. Service Domain Name (left blank, voxalot.com (or blank, it's the same))
2. Service Domain Port (5060 ,5060) default
3. Expire Time (3600,3600) default
4. Proxy IP (sip.voipstunt.com, eu.voxalot.com)
5. Proxy Port (5060 ,5060) default
6. IM Server Domain (blank, blank) default
7. IM Server Port (12000,12000) default
8. Portal Server Domain (192.168.0.1,192.168.0.1) (my router local address)
9. My SIP Port (5060,5060) default
10. My RTP Port (49648,49648) default
11. My RTP Codec (G729a-G711ulaw-G711ALaw-G729-G723.1,G729a-G711ulaw-G711ALaw-G729-G723.1)
12. My Tel Number (230663,230663)
13. Sip Auth User (my alfanumeric voipstunt user id, my voxalot number)
14. Sip Auth Password (of course my password,of course my password)
... <other low level "don't touch pars">
It seems that leaving blank Service Domain Name does not make any difference. I also tricked up a little bit with the codec order but again it seems to make no difference at all.

Hello Luca,

I just went through the logs looking for your calls and according to the information I see this is what should have happened:

- *600 - route to echo test (you confirmed this is ok)
- 600 - route to echo test (i see this in the log however you say it did not work)
- *393612 - route to FWD time server (i see this in the log however you say it did not work)
- 393612 - route to invalid number (i see this in the log however you say it routed to FWD time server)

I also am very confused as the logs show me information that is contrary to what you are experiencing.

Edit: We might need to do some interactive testing (instant messaging perhaps?) for this one as posting in the forums is not getting us very far.

Please PM me your IM details and times I can contact you.

Edit2: Also can you please try some more SIP Broker numbers like:

*266300
*011 1 88888
*393613

Edit3: I notice voipstunt settings in your config above. Do these exist at the same time as your VoXaLot ones or are you simply showing the other provider that does work for you. I guess the thing that stumps me the most is your friend has the same device and it works for him

thanks a lot for your support.
It would be great to try real time testing with your support.
My instant messaging details are:
Skype: biasosoft
MSN Messenger: biasosoft@hotmail.com
We could also talk directly on Skype, I'm not a native English speaker but I think I can talk an English good enough to understand each other. (I hope so :-) )
I will be online again around 16:00 CET (GMT+1). I don't know in which time zone you are, so I don't know if it will be ok for you.
For your other question: I can put just one settings a time, into my phone. I 've put voxalot settings beside voipstunt ones, just to let you see the difference and figure out the meaning of each field.
As soon as i come back home I'll test the other numbers you suggested me and I'll wait for your call.

- 1 0039 071 91#### (last three digits masqued in this post, my home number) it should go through voipstunt. No ring was heared at home.

- *010 230663

But this time only *600 (echo test) and *010 230663 (my voice mail as line was engaged by myself) worked. You should see this in your logs.
Edit 4:
Sorry, as usual also *500 worked. Typing mistake.
In any case it seems that on some numbers, the behavior is rather rondom:
- *500, *600 always work,
- *<voxalot num> sometimes work,
- forwarded calls: never work
Really very strange.
