To get back to the OP's point, my experience is that here in the UK when calling to BT lines the CID is now rarely presented (but occasionally it is). When calling to UK mobiles the CID presentation seems to be correct.
(I am using "From User" in Advanced Settings to set my CID, in the format 0044xxxxxxxxxx). |
