Voicemail announcement

How can I configure the voicemail announcement? The Voxalot official announcement is: "The person at extension ... is unavailable ". I want to add something like: "Please leave your message after the beep".

It is partly my fault that it was hard to find. We recently moved the FAQs and tutorials to our wiki (instead of on the main site), however, I neglected to update our search engine to also look there. This will be fixed in the next release.

I would like to be able to set up more than one voice mail message in the same account. Maybe putting sorting voicemail into different folders. I want to have a message telling people that they must leave a caller ID when they call anonymous/withheld.

Can I ask what the temporary greeting is?
Does the busy message play when call waiting is disabled?
