Hi,

We have just been informed that our Australian server is currently unreachable.

We have contacted the data centre and will advise when we know more.

For now, please register your devices to us.voxalot.com or eu.voxalot.com

Server is back online. We are awaiting word back from the data centre as to what the problem was.

Great service with the Updates Martin! I was wondering however, I would have thought that part of the benefit with multiple servers was that it would have allowed automatic fallback. ie. if one falls over the 'system' could automatically fall back to another? Maybe this is not possible with the type of outage you had, I'm not real sure. Was just an idea.

Hi poyner,

Yes that is the idea with behind the 3 introduction of the 3 clusters, us.voxalot.com, eu.voxalot.com and au.voxalot.com

However at the moment, only one of those clusters have 2 servers (us.voxalot.com)

When we launch premium and as funds allow, we plan to add new servers to both AU and EU which will provide the same level redundancy as the US cluster.
