Default Issues with Voicemail indicator

MY voicemail indicator used to go off after a couple of mins of checking my voicemail messages. After the switch to us.voxalot.com. I noticed that it now takes approx. 3hrs before my voicemail indicator switches off. Am I missing some setting somewhere or is this normal?

It is not supposed to to take that long. The NOTIFY's at most should only take a couple of mins.

Can you please confirm that this is not a isolated case.

Thanks

This has been happening since I switched to us.voxalot.com. Today was the first time I took the time to monitor how long it takes to clear VM notification. I can conduct another test if you want.

May I add here again my (little) problem with the voicemail indicator?

Even if the friendly voice tells me, that there were new messages waiting in my box,
my hardphone does not show its new-messages-indicator.

This indicator _only_ works (on if new..) if a new voicemail is spoken to
the box while my phone is registered at voxalot and I don't pick the phone.
It never does if the phone was de-registered when s.o. called me.

As I mentioned it only a minor problem,
Carl

Well,

my little problem has not changed yet.

I've had 3 new msg in my box but no indicator after I registered
my phone this morning.

I have a Siemens C450IP which also has a voicemail indicator on the handset. Can someone tell me if it is possible to enable the voicemail indicator on this handset?

JeFFJuH,

as you can read above, mine WMI works if I get a call that I don't pick, but not if my phone isn't registered when I am called.

If you want I can try to call you for testing (305 234).

Hi Carl,

If it works while you are online and not when you register then it is a problem with SUBSCRIBE messages.

Can you please check that your device / phone is configured to send SUBSCRIBE messages.

Thanks
