i new for voip calls. what is P-src-ip and mss?

I really would like to know what is.
What I already read about it is that is a Public IP adress, and this is all that I know. If someone here can give a explanation it will be nice.

MSS is a PBX IP service and the name is MySipSwitch. Theses days people say that this service will desactivated and will be replaced by a new one that the name is Sipsourcery.

About Betamax.

The better account to use it will depende on some especific things:
1- Where the user is, in witch country, with witch kind of Internet signal.
2- For what the user need it, for landline or for mobil calls?
3- It will be use for a residencial consumer? or Corporate?

And this is only the basis, I think that VoIP is a very good thing to start to use, I have been trying it has 6 years and until now I really do not know much. But I will learn.
