Sir, Do you provide any premium service pertaining to webcallback? If so, what is that? What are the charges for that? How many simultaneous calls your platform supports via webcallback? What would happen If suppose 1000 users are talking via your webcallback. Does your service supports this heavy load?

Web callback sets up the calls between two providers; you will only impact the load a little if your voxalot account itself is one of the legs of the call.

Presently there is no cost for "Premium" service level. All users can use all features of voxalot.

In regards to server capacity information... perhaps Martin should give you an answer.

Default Webcallback future interruption

I would like to use your webcallback service to terminate approx.4500 minute per day through my own providers. Please advise me can I do so? Or wouldn't there be no problem? How long would you provide your webcallback service free of charge? I would like to avail your service without any interruption in future. Please advise me.
