Silent Calls
Just wondering about an on going problem that I'm having. During the day (at least most days) I find that calls from the PSTN to my DID cause the phone to ring at home but when picked up is silent (neither party can hear each other). The inbound calls are via my AstraTEL DID. At nights (like now at 8:18pm) the calls start working. If I make a call via my SIPME DID, then it seems to work more often than not.
I'm wondering whether the problem could be with the Voxalot interface to AstraTEL or something else? It appears that the SIP messages are getting through, because the phone rings, but the voice RTP does not get connected. Is there any way of debugging this at the voxalot end? |

Hi,
We treat AstraTel no differently than Sipme. That said, I have been noticing a fair few silent calls on Astratel also.

Astratel have a history of silent calls don't they? I don't think it will have anything to do with Voxalot or a clien'ts ATA.
