Echo problem
I am using the Voxalot US server (also tried the EU server) my gateway is located in Asia (HK, PH) and everything is working fine routing SIP DIDs from various service providers to my gateway except for the echo on the gateway end of the calls.
Any suggestions? I have tried all the suggestions on the website regarding voice optimization functions and tried various different gateways including Quintum but still have bad echo on the phone attached to the gateway. |

Can you try lowering the audio volume transmitted by the ATA, and perhaps a different phone (better quality) to eliminate this as the cause?
