How can i call after this,please

Setup Steps:

Go into your phone's setup menu.
Select "System Settings"

Select "SIP Proxy"
Select one of the available proxy slots.

Configure the following fields:
Enabled: Yes
Display Name: <your VoXaLot number>
Username: <your VoXaLot number>
Authorization User: <your Voxalot number>
Password: <your Voxalot password>
Domain/Realm: voxalot.com
SIP Proxy: us.voxalot.com

NOTE: Australian members should use au.voxalot.com

Congratulations, you have completed the initial setup of your phone. To test your setup, simply call:
*600
