Default Call recieve problem from registered provider

Hi VoxTeam,
My provider(chat.brain.net.pk:8891) allow only G729 codec. My Fritzbox ATA does not have G729 codec. For that i have registered my provider on voxalot but i don't recieve any call on my ATA.

I have tried to recieve call

1) without any callforwarding rules(suppose to forward call to voxalot id)
2) call forwarding to my voipuser.org as SIP URI
3) call forwadring to my PSTN number dialed via plan

But nothing works. Can any from voxteam can see from logs and see what is happening there. Actully i want to try & solve this in free period if it works then i will like to become voxlite member otherwise i will have to stick with softphone option only.

Sometime back i have tested this & have created log on my own network and have seen that after i pickup handset voxalot was sending me BYE. Which i have concluded that coded negotioation was not working. My provider want G729 as first/only codec in list.

Today i have tested between 1300-1400 hours +1 GMT time.
My Voxalot ID: 519146

I will be thankfull if voxteam can investigate this and positivly reply if my problem can be fixed or not. If it can be fixed then i will like to become voxlite memeber.

In my profile i have only G729 codec.

If you need my help I can be reached by voxalot id.

Hello Majo, your settings look fine. I also looked at other brain settings and nearly all use the default set of Codecs:

g729;ilbc;gsm;ulaw;alaw

If this does not work then please PM me availability to contact you via phone.

Hi Martin,
I have sent you PM. If you are not able to contact me this weekend Pls. give me some time for next weekend.
I have done some tests with bellshare.com. From bellshare i get calls forwared to voipuser.org but from braintel my call is disconnected after i pickup handset. I think there is codec negotioation after handset is picked up.

Hi Martin,
Seems there are some troubles here...
Impossible to reach me via sipbroker and even the callforwarding don't bring the calls through...Using betamx if the info can help.

agree, we are all having deep problems. I can not receive calls either external (from my voip provider) nor internal from voxalot2voxalot.

Just notice that my familys voxalot works ok only mine is not working.

hay caramba.

I can call out but I can not call in

forward feature with betamax not working on the eu server (at least for me)

i opened a new voxalot account and it looks as all incomming problems are solved in this new account(but I will not try again the forward feature which cause me so much pain)

Hi All,
Today I tried forwarding with my registed user & it worked as expected. I have tried twice & it worked fine. VoxTeam can comment if they have changed any thing on server or not.
