Case closed!

The settings Phantom posted and the extended settings I posted work.

There were some settings I had to change here; https://voip.budgetphone.nl/account/my_account.php

A faulty call forwarding (which was set to the old SIP server, which I now have removed) and I disabled the annoying voice-mail.

Glad everything works fine again.

Default Does anybody know if the US voxalot server is down?

Does anybody know if the US voxalot server is down? Because I can't make any call or receive any call. If anybody can help me about that. Also I am getting error and timeout message.

What you have to do is this: login with your account info on:
https://voip.budgetphone.nl/account

There go to call forwarding, and delete the call forwarding and press apply. Since the migration all calls are diverted to the old sip server but since this one does not exist anymore you get a busy tone even though you are registered. Once you delete the call forwarding yoy will be able to receive calls through the new sip1 server!
