Thanks for the explanation it confirms what I suspected, I contacted engin a few times but they said the account was ok. although the person on the other end seemed a little out their depth.

As suggested I'll let it go for a few hours and then register the account again.

Many thanks for your help. All the VSP accounts are working correctly.

It may be workwhile putting a note in the FAQ for trouble shooting, re deleting VSP account, re-entering with wrong pass word so it fails, deleting account and waiting 3-4 hours before re entering.
