Look definitely test it......just local and one phone destination should be ok....but don't assume you'll be able to rely on this without testing for a few months

My experience with them has been pretty solid. Whatever said, the best way is to try it yourself. One thing to avoid is not to forward calls back and forth between two PBX'es.
