Issues with Eutelia and Messagenet

Hello,

It has been about 10 days that I am having issues receiving calls via Eutelia VoIP and Messagenet. The phone rings at my end but I cannot hear the calling party and they cannot hear me either. This used to work perfectly until 10 days ago. The Eutelia guys inform me that they have no issue on their side...
