Default Checking voicemail using webcallback

I want to set up WebCallBack so I can check my Voxalot voicemail from my mobile without dialling a PSTN number for access. If I set it to dial *010500 via dial plan or 500 via dial plan or 500 via Voxalot, then no luck. If I set *010500 via SipBroker, I get "password" but then "login incorrect" (there is no chance to enter my account number). What is the best number to dial for the 2nd leg?

It seems to me that the WebCallBack is passing a Voxalot ID to the system, but perhaps not the right one?

Looks that way. I actually speculated with Tony today that this might be the cause of the problem so it's a spin out that you suggest the same thing

Anyway the dev ticket has been raised and will be looked at in due time.

Update: Unfortunately the only service number accessible via web callback is the echo test.

Hey Martin, one thing I checked and seems to work is to set up a call between any number and *010*500 via SipBroker...

Still seems to get me to VoiceMail without problems...

Good spot!

All calls should work fine via SIP Broker. It's just direct *500 that we do not cater for.

Thanks, that works perfectly. If only I'd known that last summer when I was abroad and wanted to use it! Next time...
